Weekly question: What is your adhesive of choice?

I mostly use Express-It double-sided tape, because it tears and so it's very quick to use!

I also use a bit of Helmar clear gum or acid-free glue, for small buttons or chipboard letters, which would be fiddly with DS tape.

A friend who knows these things said not to use liquid glues on your photos because liquid glues expand and contract and might end up warping your photo.

I have a couple of other friends who swear by tape runners.

What do you use and why?

I use DST and have just bought a tape runner and i must say they are very quick and easy to use. I also use glue sometimes for the heavier stuff.

Must admit I just like the good old glue stick but for adhering photos i use double sided tape and to glue embellishments i use a stronger adhesive.

I have a bad habit of leaving the lid of the glue stick and it dries out very quickly so I go through alot. I pass the dryish ones onto the kids.....:)

I use DST mostly on my photos and glue stick on everything else. or if i got some cartridges i will use my xyron.

I must admit, I don't use my Xyron much. I really should get it out more!

The glue i use is the helmar brand. Bought a little dispenser so i dont get it everywhere when i use it and it lasts forever that way

I've heard so many people rave about that, Karennarelle, but I've never tried it! Is it liquid or dry (tape)?
