You may have a picture next to your name in your forum posts. This itty bitty pic is called an avatar.

This makes using the forum so much more friendly as everyone can put a face to the name of the person they are chatting too. I guess it's just like sitting around the kitchen table with a bunch of girlfriends having a cuppa....LOL

These easy to follow steps will help you get started!

Step 1:
In the forum go to the User CP Option on the forum menu bar (dark pink). You have to be logged in to see this option)

Step 2:
From the menu on the left hand side click on Edit Avatar.

Step 3:
You will then need to click on the option button that says Use Custom Avatar.

Step 4:
This is where you upload your photo. Either from another website or from your computer. The photo will need to be about 80 x 80 pixels or around 90kb (not 19 as it says). This is pretty much the same process as adding a blinkie or if you added a photo for your gallery pics.

When you have uploaded your photo click on save changes and whola! your posts in the forum will now have your image!

Any dramas just post a question here and we will try and sort it out for you.

Hope this was helpful for everyone and hope to see everyone's smiling faces on the forum soon :)
