I will go through each of these briefly for anyone who is unsure...
User CP - this is your control panel where you can find all your personal settings, details and profile.
FAQ - frequently asked questions about the forum can be found in here or ask in this thread and we will help you
Members List - here you will find all the forums members and info
Calender - all exciting events will be posted in here, inlcuding your birthdays which will automatically update from your profile information
NEW POSTS - this one you will use alot! this will take you to the list of all threads/posts on the board that have new posts
SEARCH - here you can search forums and posts
QUICK LINKS - this button will become your best friend - it has links to all sorts of goodies, check it out, you'll love it!
LOG OUT - and this button is self explanitory! LOL
